There’s a big difference between visual order and real cleanliness. A room can look perfect in five minutes: cushions fluffed, counters cleared, lights dimmed. But dust on fan blades, grime in grout, or buildup behind appliances tells a deeper story. True cleanliness isn’t staged — it’s maintained.
That said, I also think we sometimes put too much pressure on ourselves. A home is meant to be lived in, not displayed like a showroom. If you have kids, pets, or a busy schedule, perfection isn’t realistic — and it shouldn’t be the goal.
