Try these natural remedies and say goodbye to nail fungus.

 

Garlic

This food is a very effective antimicrobial for fighting nail fungus. You can apply it directly, or you can add it to a foot bath.

Ingredients :

  • Two cups of water.
  • 10 cloves of garlic.

Preparation method :

First, crush the garlic and pour it into a pot with the water.

Second; let the water reach boiling point; and then after about 3 minutes remove it from the heat.

Third, when the water is lukewarm, put your feet in. Leave them for about 20 minutes. Repeat this process 3 times a week.

Natural yogurt

This food is very effective; since it contains active cultures of bacteria that alter the environment of the fungus, preventing it from proliferating.

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup of plain yogurt.
  • A paintbrush.

Preparation method:

First, with a clean brush, apply a good amount of yogurt to the affected nails.

Second; let it dry and remove the excess with a cloth.
