5-7 dried bay leaves

1 1/2 cups of water

Optional: 1 teaspoon of rose water or a few drops of vitamin E oil

Instructions:

Boil the bay leaves in water for 10 to 15 minutes.

Allow to cool and strain the liquid.

Add rose water or vitamin E if desired.

Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Instructions for use:

After cleansing, apply the bay leaf tonic to the face using a cotton pad or spray bottle.

Allow to air dry
